With the Windows Quick Assist app, you can receive or provide PC assistance over a remote connection. Remember only to share Quick Assist with trusted people since they can access your PC.

The Merakion Support Team can use Quick Assist to give you assistance.

Quick Assist is preinstalled in Windows since Windows 10. In some cases the preinstalled version can be outdated witch requires an update. You can find the latest version in Microsoft Store: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9P7BP5VNWKX5
